Frequently asked questions

The voice or audio isn't playing.

Check the silent switch on the side of your iPhone, the volume buttons, and that the voice pack you've selected has finished downloading. Voice packs are delivered through Apple's BackgroundAssets framework, so a slow or interrupted connection during first download can leave the file incomplete — switching voices and switching back forces a fresh download.

How do I pray with family using SharePlay?

Start a FaceTime call with the people you'd like to pray with, then open Myrosa and tap "Pray together." Myrosa joins the FaceTime session as a SharePlay activity, and everyone moves through the mysteries in sync.

Will my prayer history sync between my iPhone and iPad?

No. By design, Myrosa stores everything locally on each device — there are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no servers holding your prayer data. We think the practice of prayer is personal, and the simplest way to keep it private is not to collect it in the first place. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data?

Inside the app, open Settings → Reset to clear prayer history, intentions, profile, and design choices. To remove everything, delete the app from your Home Screen — iOS removes all of Myrosa's local data along with it. Because nothing is stored on a server, deleting the app is the complete delete.
